I pack orders in the appropriate manner to be shipped. I am responsible for accuracy and productivity.
I also research orders that are short of product or have no shipping label, while maintaining the label printer, tape machine, and wrap machine, including fixing any jams and problems with calibration.
Shipping requires loading boxes of various size and weight on to trucks, building stable walls, while practicing safety and speed.
This job requires teamwork and stamina. Shifts last up to 12 hours.
I am responsible for providing the guest with the best dining experience possible. I have extensive food, wine, and beer knowledge.
I also train new staff members when required and assist in food preparation.
I am laid off indefinitely due to the current pandemic.
While I was completeing my Teaching Practicum I was a Teacher Assistant. I assisted ESOL Professors with classroom activities and assesing student's English proficiency. I also tutored students who were struggling with Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
After my Practicum was completed I was asked to stay for the remainder of the Spring Semester 2019.
I am currently leading Two ESOL Conversation Groups and working in the PEP Program which focuses on Pronuciation and English Reading skills.
I also Tutor ESOL students in the local community.
I work in a support capacity behind the bar. I make sure the Bartenders have everything they need for a smooth , successful shift including making juices, purees, margarita mix, restocking glassware, etc...
I also train support staff behind the bar and on the main floor.
This job entailed pullin totes off the line and placing them on the proper pallet to be shipped to the correct store. This required acute attention to detail, physical strength and stamina.
