Trained and certified as an ERT member within the plant to respond to any medical emergencies as well as potential spills or loss of containment.

Perform pre-shift machine inspection to ensure proper lubrication as well as all mechanical safety guards in place and functional

Used rail crane to take two thousand lb ladle to 3rd floor of refinery to fill with high-grade liquid zinc. Would then take ladle back to bottom floor and use crane to pour zinc into a holding pot

Operate and adjust pneumatic pump used to pump liquid zinc into molds to make ingots while monitoring quality of molds to ensure clean, full pours to go to customers.

Adhere to strict policies on stamping individual stacks of ingots with date, time and lot numbers and enter this information into paperwork to provide tracking information for customers.

Use Fork truck to stack and load ingots into banding and shipping area

Responsible for keeping company vehicle fully stocked with all equipment and parts needed to respond to any type of service call or installation.

Daily organization of work orders to ensure a timely route as well as deciding which jobs would take longer and make daily route according to such.

Performed both line work outside as well as entering customers home on a daily basis to install and troubleshoot Cable tv, Internet, and Phone services.
