Weigh up specific amounts of both liquid and dry chemical additives to add into EPS reactors dependant on what product was being produced at the time of additives.


Take care of daily proper housekeeping to ensure a safe work environment.


Perform all Lock Outs for any maintenance work to be performed by both maintenance department as well as minor maintenance work performed by operators.


Trained and certified as an ERT member within the plant to respond to any medical emergencies as well as potential spills or loss of containment.

Used rail crane to take two thousand lb ladle to 3rd floor of refinery to fill with high-grade liquid zinc. Would then take ladle back to bottom floor and use crane to pour zinc into a holding pot


Operate and adjust pneumatic pump used to pump liquid zinc into molds to make ingots while monitoring quality of molds to ensure clean, full pours to go to customers.


Adhere to strict policies on stamping individual stacks of ingots with date, time and lot numbers and enter this information into paperwork to provide tracking information for customers.


Use Fork truck to stack and load ingots into banding and shipping area
