Current Tasks and goals

I work as an OSL Team Lead. Currently my only responsibility is making sure Ithaca, Cortland, and Norwich Walmarts hit a quota for Cell Phone Postpaid sales, I have been managing getting profits with barely any of a team. I always try my hardest to get any results to where I been asked to help other stores not included in my agreed area. Such as Waterloo, Oswego, and Cobleskill. I have worked at OSL since 2019, and I have been a TL since 2024, and want to expand my options in better, more manageable ways. I make $20 an hour, and I make more from commission. And I want to earn more if offered. I have references to more to back up how well I do my job.
