Proud veteran of U.S. Navy Air as a bombing system maintenance Petty Officer. After transitioning to civilian life worked in the Aerospace industry and the Hanford Plutonium production facility. Transitioned to education, then began a business career centered on real estate and construction. More than thirty year experience in project and construction management, during which I started both a real estate company and a construction company specialized in remodel projects for highly themed companies including Wizards of the Coast and Hollywood Video, as well a custom home remodels. I was also a sales associate for two companies dedicated to home improvement, including window, roof, siding, painting, flooring and bath remodels, selling both the products and the installation of all products. In one company I was a top sales person in both products and installations, the other during the Covid shutdowns was restricted. I have always been totally dedicated to my work and often worked long hours to achieve the goals I set for myself.   • Led a short term remodel of 88 Hollywood Video and Game Stop stores in Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego and Imperial counties
  • Utilized multiple mobile crews to complete all stores on time and within budget that created a profit margin greater than anticipated
  • Hollywood Video contracted Dolan to construct multiple stores in multiple states based on our initial performance
  • I completed the first in Sandy, Utah, the second in San Francisco, CA and managed maintenance issues in mid California
  • Constructed the infrastructure for a 42 acre shopping center near Vancouver, WA
  • Completed the total project, including sidewalks, paving, striping and storm water detention on time and budget.
