• As senior tech in Focus Factory 2, I am responsible for working and communicating with all departments necessary for production success to include Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Management.
• Knowledgeable about all quality defects in my department, to include specific customer requirements, and proper correction method.
• Responsible for day to day maintenance of all equipment and tools in my department. I am highly knowledgeable of equipment in my department including major component tear down and rebuilds, general and consistent maintenance and adjustments, as well as electrical failures.

Trained in operation of equipment in the department, how to perform basic troubleshooting for machine and quality concerns, and working directly with manufacturing technicians and quality control to ensure proper compliance with customer requirements.
