Michael has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as a General Manager, delivering catering and dining services at several universities in the Midwest. Michael joined SAGE in 1998 as a Food Service Director at Christchurch School, a boarding school in Virginia. In 2008, he moved to Ohio and opened Columbus Academy for SAGE as its Director. He has experience successfully opening numerous dining programs for SAGE across North America.
