Critical care ground transport nurse paramedic that is a dynamic and highly skilled critical care clinician with extensive experience in prehospital, emergency, and critical care transport environments. • Duties include vent management, critical care drips, and bariatric patients up to 800 pounds.

• Developed and implemented patient care plans based on physicians' instructions and generally accepted nursing practices.

• Served as a Personal Security Specialist/ tactical medic in Kabul, Afghanistan. I was responsible for escorting US Diplomatic Personnel throughout high threat environments under contract to the US Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), High Threat Protection (HTP)
• Left employment due to injury sustained over seas.

• Worked in Trauma and CV ICU. Floated to Medical and Neuro ICU. I was also member of the Rapid Response Team.
• Rapid Response duties included running all stroke alerts, sepsis alerts, interventional radiology alerts between multiple hospitals, code blues, and rapid responses for all patients in the hospital.
• Utilized critical thinking skills to assess, plan and implement evidence-based patient care.

• Floated between various critical care areas including ER, CV ICU, and Medical ICU.
• Abilities include vent management, CRRT, therapeutic hypothermia, central lines, chest tubes, tracheostomies, sepsis, medical surgical patients, and trauma patients.
• Acted as a unit preceptor for new ICU nurses.

• Contracted for Department of State DSS as a member of the Baghdad Embassy Task Force where I served as a Personal Security Specialist and served on the Emergency Response Team and Ambassadors Protection Detail as a tactical medic.

• Served as a Team Leader and mentored junior Marines.
• Multiple deployments to Iraq and Africa. Trained foreign militaries in Israel, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
• Supported USSOCOM's roles and capabilities.
• Responded to emergency situations quickly and calmly for professional support.
