Longterm Employment Gap

There is a major gap to my employment, and there is an explanation to this: I'm a man who uses a wheelchair and who has had a lifelong disability. Over those inactive years I had multiple medical conditions and emergencies that effected my ability to gain and maintain employment. However, after advancements in the medical field and my conditions advanced improvements - and in many ways, healing - and with minimal chances of reverting back to that previous way of life, I have regained my ability to seek long-term employment and rejoin the workforce. With life experience, understanding, and perspective that can only be gained and appreciated through a lifetime of personal challenges, I'm eager to bring that experience, my perspective, can-do attitude, and outgoing personality to any workplace, and I look forward to many years of mutual and beneficial success in life and business together.
