• ADOT Chinle MVD Remodel Chinle AZ: Coordinate with GC to remove and demo existing conditions. Identify existing electrical conditions and field design new system. Impliment and supervise all electrical from rough-in to turn over.
• ADOT Tonopah Maintenence Yard: Provide new service entrance coordination with APS. Provide power from new service entrance to existing equipment, buildings, and new remodeled office building.

• 2009: Under Brignall Construction and Alen Leichtman, Coordinate with SRP for new transformer and new power service to Royal Palm Elementary School. From ground up provide all electrical to three new buildings, three parking lots and one football field. Make/safe and demo three existing buildings and refurbish into new classroom space.

600K+ sq foot grey she'll warehouse with attached Nineteen Tenant Improvments office spaces at a value of $79 million. I was key coordination with SRP in the scheduling and disturbution of infrastructure and inspection and installation of power meters. Coordinated with team members to close out project with City of Mesa AZ.

•Power42 3937 S. Power Rd Mesa AZ 85212. Close out of three warehouse/TI buildings with City of Mesa.

Kept schedule and Coordinated Power Rd Deceleration lane to Project Power42. To include Maricopa County coordination for obliteration of existing conditions, lime treatment of soils, buildup of a.b., and installation of blacktop. Coordinate Slurry seal to permanent striping.

•Rehrig Pacific 8281 S. Turner Rd Buckeye AZ 85326. Assisted with scheduling all trades and bringing Medium Voltage onto property, 12470v, from APS. Coordinated Union Pacific with a spur off the main railroad to enter onto Rehrig Pacific property.

•Blue Polymers Buckeye AZ. Coordinated subcontractors with lime treatment of soils, coordination of night time concrete slab pours. Coordinated third spur off of UPRR onto Blue Polymers property.

•Department Of Corrections Eyeman Cook Florence AZ. Coordinate with HVAC sub for demolition of existing electrical and equipment for replacement. Impliment and supervise all equipment installation to include all electrical installation/testing and commissioning.

•ADOT Chinle MVD Remodel Chinle AZ. Coordinated with other subs of demolition and reconstruction of existing building upto turn over.
