Prepared students for welding certifications and field experience including effectively maintaining, setting up and utilizing torches, shears, CNC plasma cutters, wire-feed, stick, and TIG welding processed.

Instructed students in safety, electrical theory, motor controls, PLC`s, hydraulic/pneumatic, machining, welding, and general maintenance principles. As part of my Lead instructor duties I managed a team of instructors, maintained Northstar tracking, planed/ran advisory meeting to meet the needs of local industry.

I worked with the controls engineering department and the maintenance department. Gained experience with Red Lion controls, Crimson 3.1 HMI software, and Siemens PLC`s.

Instruct students on the proper handling and operation of industrial tooling to work and maintain a safe environment. Effectively train adults and secondary students on multiple industrial principles; including electrical theory, motor controls, PLC`s, hydraulic/pneumatic, machining, 5s, welding, gearboxes, shaft alignment and preventative maintenance. I was also tasked with the responsible to maintain progress and attendance records.

Responsible for repairs on Grove, National and Manitowoc Cranes; Gehl Forklifts; JLG and Genie Man Lifts. Perform all customer rental repairs and fabrication. Duties include off-site repairs and maintenance of rental equipment.
