Drives, operates, and maintains diesel, propane, and electric fork lifts to pick, pull, and put away over 100 different types and sizes of indoor and outdoor pipe, ranging anywhere from PVC, black steel, stainless steel, galvanized, CPVC, ductile, copper, corrugated plastic, corrugated metal, HDPE, PEX sanitized copper, and sanitized stainless and much more. I am also responsible for putting together Septic tanks and picking non-pipe items such as man hole covers. Orders are received through an RF scanner and can contain up to 100+ lines of items to pick, pull, pack, and put away. I hold a 99% picking accuracy rating, contribute to cycle count inventories, cover down on indoor picking zones when needed, and unload/put away semi loads of pipe as they come in throughout the work day. Before I was moved to outdoor pipe, my main focus was picking plumbing supplies inside the warehouse, my top number for picking lines is 1200 in one day. I picked items ranging from small pieces of pipe lines and supplies such as elbows, T pipe, P traps, couplings, toilet seats, toilets, MJ fittings, faucets, sinks, water heaters, bath tubs, and much more. Etna saw my attention to detail, drive, and ability to work in a fast pace environment and moved me to outdoor yard pipe in March of 2018.
Load and deliver product to multiple customers daily, keep vehicle well maintained and clean, pick orders received in a timely manner, put away stock material according to stock status reports, receive and unload material from semi-trailers using forklift, load vehicles with material using forklift, arrange inventory according to stock status reports, coordinate drivers and help plan routes daily, input received material quantities into computer system, manage warehouse when manager is absent and did a 100% inventory yearly. Types of material I pull, pack, and deliver include: bundles of electrical wire ranging from dozens of different types and sizes, circuit boards and switches, outlets and light switches, can lighting, all different types of wire connectors such as wire nuts, butt connectors, and crimp connectors, conduit piping, and much more. I also utilized wire cutting machines to cut wire to length for customers specific orders.
Welding using Mig and Arc on a variety of metals and thicknesses. Maintenance and repair of a variety of equipment (backhoe, wheel loader, tamper, forklift, tie inserter, pickup truck, air compressor, dump truck, semi-trucks and trailers, etc.), maintenance and repair of a variety of tools (impacts both hydraulic and air powered, gas powered rail drills and rail saws, hydraulic units, etc.), loading and unloading of various materials from semi-trucks (both covered and uncovered) using forklifts, backhoes and wheel loaders, troubleshooting mechanical problems via cellphone, ordering parts and supplies for myself and working crew members
