• Negotiated contracts for employee benefits, CGL and Workman's' Compensation insurance, commercial property leases, procurement and asset management functions

• Led pool development efforts, resulting in tremendous growth and revenues (from $186K to over $190M)
• Directed business development efforts for a rapidly expanding national chassis pool program, opening operations in 34 cities over 4.5 years
• Instrumental in ensuring CCM become the largest IEP in the U.S in less than 6 years
• Served as the principal advisor to the CCM board and respective boards of 6 subsidiary companies

• Principal advisor to Ocean Carrier Equipment Management Association (OCEMA) on the development of interoperable chassis pools, advising executive management of 20 international container shipping lines
