Michael Rodela

Being part of the Team Leads team of food and consumables, I worked in frozen and dairy, pets, health and beauty, over the counter and all dry and canned goods. I have held 3 TL positions with in those areas since I have started. Store conditions, processes and training were the biggest part of my day. Watching for out of date products were key. I am trained on in store machinery. Safety is always at the forefront of anything we do.

• I was responsible for 3 areas of the store. Hardware, building supplies and the lumberyard. Complying with company standards and processes, customer service and training were my main duties. Training comprised of product knowledge, all safety regulations and keeping the departments up to company standards. Partnering with senior store management was key on any subjects lacking. I was trained on in store use of machinery.

• Run All day to day operations of the store. Payroll, hiring and terminations, merchandising, truck unload process and training. Execute all information received from daily/weekly/ monthly reports. Train all management staff to do the same.
