To whom it may concern: Michael Langley was an incredible asset to my media business and studio. His attention to detail and creative problem solving were likely his most beneficial characteristics to me. In an ever changing world of media algorithms and rankings, we find ourselves facing an uphill battle in learning new tools and best practices daily to achieve any semblance of relevance. Michael would proactively reevaluate tasks and adjust processes accordingly in order to ensure that we were able to work as efficiently as possible in scheduling posts and delivering content. His deep understanding of what actors and talent were thinking and feeling at each step of the production process turned into being a critical aspect of his role here as well. He was able to provide both cast and crew a reliable and effective communicator, which put everyone at ease. His creative writing talent also became paramount in the day to day at the studio. Each month, clients demanding more content to release online both as blog items and then again in Social Media. Michael not only took over as head copy writer, but also scheduler and gatekeeper for several client's websites and social media accounts. Ultimately, his acting and writing talents, coupled with his technical proficiency led to him becoming a core content creator for the studio. It was sad to see him go, but I believe LA has gained a great and uniquely talented individual who will excel in any environment.
