I grew up in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Learned the value of hard work at a young age.
Moved to Tampa at the age of 19 with my best friends. We all worked at the same solar heating company and went to the same school until we started our own company.
When the housing market crashed I took a job as an electrician, working my way up the ladder. I was a foreman for almost 10 years and a project manager for almost 2. I excelled in every role that I was placed in.
I am married (since 2017) and have 3 beautiful young children that I love and just want to do the best that I can for them. My current job situation (after almost 11 years with the same company) is not ideal. I am at the mercy of being with a small company where talent doesn’t mean much and who writes the narrative gets the credit.
I worked for Control Electric for almost 11 years. As an electrician, I was usually one of the first trades on the job site and the last to leave. That being the case, I was able to see the process in its entirety and learn the flow of trades. I am able now to see clearly what needs to be done and in what order to ensure a safe and profitable project.
*I have worked on large scale projects and never once brought them in over budget (hours, rentals, or materials).
*I have a clear understanding of what needs to be done on a project and when. I have seen mismanaged projects where trades were stacked on top of each other and have been on projects where things ran smoothly.
*I feel that I have a very comprehensive understanding of how to balance trades.
As it pertains to general construction, I am skilled in all aspects of the building process From underground to trim
Obviously, being a licensed electrician I excel in that department but don’t let it define me
*There is no piece of equipment yet built that
I cannot operate efficiently (or that I do not currently have a key for)
*Eye for safety (OSHA 10 certification since 201
*Experience in almost all trades
*Able to talk intelligently with all inspectors and have never had an issue in this regard
*I have a good eye for detail and will not tolerate sloppy or poorly done work
*Have always excelled and exceeded expectations
I have worked on dozens of million plus dollar projects and here are a few references that I would love for you to call.
