  • Responsible for plastic injection machine repair and all preventive maintenance on all relative equipment. Ordering and storing all maintenance supplies as well as all spare parts.
  • Design and fabricate robot enclosures, design and fabricate parts racks. Install robot equipment such as part pickers, six axis robots, end of arm tooling, presses, chillers, and conveyors.
  • All preventive building maintenance as well as grounds keeping. Inspect, document and record all tasks per preventive maintenance schedule and report any issues directly to Plant Manager.
  • Mold preventive maintenance( complete tear down clean inspect and reassemble) report any mold or tooling issues to Plant Manager. Document and record mold maintenance per customer request.
  • Supervise Maintenance employees though daily tasks, train new Maintenance staff.
  • Experience in die-setting and setup of plastic injection machines, also machine process experience. Maintenance on all relative machinery, such as chillers, thermolators, air compressors, grinders, robots, etc.
  • Experience in the hard-coat paint process of plastic lens, such as conveying, ultraviolet, and infrared curing systems.
  • Experience with maintaining Fanuc robotic equipment. Reports directly to plant manager for details.
