I manage all stages and productions, work with productions and our sales team to book clients. Manage 11 shops that support our shows, scenery, graphics, drapery, electronics, hair and make up, electric, spfx, and more. Manage the union and non union labor force of between 200 to 500 employees. Manage our stage and shop departments annual budget forecast and manage actuals. I handle hiring employees for all departments and stages. Have weekly meetings to coordinate incoming shows and business and future opportunities. Help negotiate several union contracts and work closely with the unions to provide the best workforce for our clients. Manage over 100k sq. ft. of set storage and supervise of fleet of trucks and teamster drivers.

Managed scenery and prop storage warehouse,

loaded and unloaded trucks on a daily basis.

Prepared sq. footage reports for billing by the studio. Inventory spread sheets for tracking purposes and logging scenery movement. Scenery repair and destruction.

In charge of inventory control and ordering for the entire Imagineering facility, office supplies, artist

supplies etc. Special duties to cater to the creative teams such the concept artists and designers for Toon Town, Animal Kingdom, Indiana Jones and Cars Land. Ran deliveries to the executive's homes for time sensitive materials.

I was a package loader of shipping containers and cargo aircraft for UPS.

I was an aircraft refueler and ramp attendant. I parked aircraft on the ramp and parked them back in their hangers. Fueled all kinds of aircraft and helicopters for the news. I serviced aircraft for AirGroup, Sony Ent., Clay Lacy Aviation and many more.

My duties were setting up parties and events at various hotels, country clubs, banquet halls etc.
