  • Repaired and replaced heating and air conditioning systems on various military bases, including Guam, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Kuwait, including stateside assignments at Ellsworth Air Force Base and Dyess Air Force Based (TDY assignment, Abilene, TX).
  • Perform on call duties to travel to various job sites on military bases to address maintenance and repairs, including dormitories, server rooms, control towers, and large military aircraft (MQ-9 Reaper).
  • Maintenance and repair of furnaces, boilers, package units, radiant heaters, mini-splits, chillers, pneumatic systems, pumps, contingency units and fabricating piping.
  • Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams.
  • Conducted maintenance service on HVAC systems to increase life expectancy of equipment and prevent costly repair work.
  • Assembled air ducts, pipes, discharge valves and flues to central heating and cooling equipment.
  • Operated outside my field with plumbers and structural workers for fire suppression by hanging drywall in various facilities at Dyess AFB, earning commendations by the Squadron Commander at Dyess, as well as my home Base Commander.
  • Kept accurate records of time and materials used for each job to compile into service reports.
  • Increased longevity of HVAC systems by performing preventive maintenance.
  • Filled out detailed work orders for each job completed.
