Accomplishments

General Truck Sales 2023 Extra Mile Award

This award was granted for one employee across a dealership of roughly 70 employees.

This award signifies an employee who went above and beyond for both the dealership, and it's customer base.

This was awarded to me in my first year of management within the company for the vast improvements made within the collision center.

This trend continued as I transformed a bodyshop into a prominent profit center. This shop, which had 5 managers prior to myself, had never had a profitable year prior.

The bottom line had a net increase of 1M over the course of less than two years of my leadership.
