Currently work at an engineering level to improve all cure processes from hand layup to final assembly. This includes attending a weekly Pyrometry meetings (A Weekly LEAN Event) to discuss thermal data, thermal profiles, vacuum bagging, recipes, work instructions, and overall process improvement related to curing parts.
