- Currently work at an engineering level to improve all cure processes from hand layup to final assembly. This includes attending a weekly Pyrometry meetings (A Weekly LEAN Event) to discuss thermal data, thermal profiles, vacuum bagging, recipes, work instructions, and overall process improvement related to curing parts.

- Was involved in the installation and tuning of OV39, AC11, AC12, Heatcon curing system, and the RVM oven. Earned engineering level access to both ASC and Perceptive Industries HMI's. This access is needed for helping maintenance and the Reliability Engineer diagnose and perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance tasks. The access is also used for annual SAT and TUS certifications, and performing supervisory tasks. Such as assigning passwords and tracking of operator inputs.
