Understanding changes in the railroad industry through technology and streamlining efficiencies, I want to be out front leading the way to a safer, more efficient railroad. With the experience that I have gained doing the many various functions that I have performed with the railroad, I feel that I can offer much insight and credibility in managing the work force, Service Unit and Railroad into a successful future. I look forward to being challenged and finding creative ways to implement proficiencies while ensuring safety as being at the utmost importance.
