Since late 2018, I prepare and repair (if necessary) new and used coffee, water and ice machines for new and existing clients. Assisted in technical support to other service technicians in the department. Responsible for ordering and keeping inventory of parts for technicians and for stock to have for in shop repairs. Provided support to route drivers for matters that pertained to keeping a particular machine in working order and providing supplies needed for the unit. Provided support to sales team, customer service managers, and the other managers including equipment questions, specifications, inventory.
From Jan 2016 to late 2018, was an in field service technician where I went to clients’ location to diagnose, repair and if necessary replace faulty coffee and water equipment. Transition to Lead Service Technician and worked in shop.
I have continual service from Sept 1994 to current. My former employer, Pickett Industries, who I worked for from 1994-1999 was acquired by Custom Food Group in 1999, which was acquired by Canteen in Nov 2012. Was able to keep my tenure through the acquisitions.

My tenure as Service Manager ran from summer 2000 until company was acquired by Canteen in Nov 2012. I was responsible for the service technicians, making sure to have the needed equipment as needed for installs or replacing. Assisting route drivers, sales and managers.
Prior to taking the service manager position was a service technician diagnosing, repairing and installing and removing equipment at clients’ location.

May 1996, my biggest client transitioned to an on site attendant so accepted a position to where I relieved route drivers when off for different reasons. Also trained new route drivers.
1998, transitioned to the service technician position up until was acquired by Custom Food group in April 1999.
