working with the other painters and we all work together well we put new graphics mostly complete new design everyday doing different type of fades with multiple colors,lots of pearls clear,sand and clear again sand and buff and polish,reassemble and q.c. customer pick up.

my responsibilities were to make sure a small crew of painters and myself were on task on were we needed to be on a daily bases plus a sure that the painting that being done is 100 percent correct for the specs of the job required,and document daily progress and hours.

fetherlite is an amazing company that i was grateful for the amount of experience i achieved in custom grafics,pearls and laying out grafics and design i was incharge of making sure evrything was perfect down to every small tag in on design,i also was resposable to make sure the paint dept. has all supplies as needed as far as tape,razor blades,tints ,clear ,hardeners for correct temp. etc. i basically ran the paint dept. for 11 yrs. fetherlite is a great company but moved to virginia.
