Summary

I began my career in the automotive industry at a young age in a family owned, busy and successful tire, repair and performance shop. This taught me all my basic skills and fundamentals for everything I do today. This was a formative time in my life, where I learned from masters of their craft. I have been able to take all I have learned and was taught and flourish in other industry positions over the years. All of the management positions I have earned have been working management positions. I have always had the opportunity to lead by example as I worked in the next bay from the employees that worked with me. I have had unique perspective for management roles as I was not just a face in the office. I worked alongside other techs to accomplish common goals and was able to relate on a different level. I have never been afraid to get my hands dirty, throw ideas in a pool or lead by example.
