My time at Dunkin Donuts has led to me growing my people skills. I have spent a lot of my time at the window of my workplace putting me in contact with many different people and personalities. With this communication skills being effortlessly improved my ability to move fast and finish tasks has improved greatly. I have learned to take a task at work and finish it with ease and expertise. I have created a good name for myself at work which led to me teaching many new workers before I would for summers, this would lead to me being a good leader in the workplace and being able to apply my own skills to others that have no clue what is going on yet. Working at Dunkin Donuts from a young age has improved my communication, Work ethic, and leadership skills and has shown in my life since then.
