- Responsible for growing a fledgling organization with 4.5 employees, 10 exhibit and utility buildings, and less than 25 thousand annual visitors to 70 employees, including 26 exhibit and utility buildings, and more than 140,000 annual visitors.
- Responsible for the managing a budget that grew 10 fold to 4.5 million dollars.
- Responsible for the recruitment of 6 additional non-profit car museums to locate to the Gilmore 90 acre campus including, the Pierce Arrow Foundation, the Cadillac/LaSalle Museum, the Lincoln Motorcar Foundation, the Franklin Museum, the Model A Ford Foundation and the Horseless Carriage Club of America.
- Built and guided staff and volunteers through unprecedented growth while creating a culture that thrived on challenge, teamwork, and passion for the institution.
- The Gilmore Car Museum's operations included two restaurants, retail operations, special events including weddings, corporate meetings/events, and private parties.
- Early on we developed a restoration/mechanics school for kids at risk which became a model for institutions across the US.
- Nearly 20 annual car shows with different themes, and weekly cruise-ins where very often more than 800 cars would participate.
- The Gilmore Car Museum has been selected as a "must see" destination for any automobile enthusiast and is the llrgest car museum in North America.
