Michael Stevenson

1. I was hired as a production operator. Where I would make gas risers from

start to finish. This included the setup and running of swage machines, leak

testers, crimpers and benders. I performed these duties for approximately

8 years.

2. I then became a setup person/spyder that the title turned into Team Lead. I have held

this title for 15 years. In this role it is my responsibility to manage the people and jobs on the floor to get a

quality products to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

3. I have knowledge of Kronos. I am highly skilled in Sap(BRP) and the ability to reset/unlock passwords for

Windows and Sap. I assist with helping employees finish their learning hubs.

4. I have the knowledge to choose the jobs for the warehouse pickers to fill the floors

Needs. I also can pick the jobs for the floor.
