
I'm just a technician early in his career that is fed up with being taught sub-par/bad skills. I'd like to work for a company who wants things done correctly and efficiently, that doesn't mind teaching me or mentoring me. I want to learn and grow as much as I can in a trade that never stops evolving. I want to truly take pride and any and all work being done, no matter what!
Installed repaired and maintained 340+ split residential units as well as general maintenance. The job isn't bad but there's no way I can take pride in my work. That's the main reason I'm wanting to leave. My bosses want the cheapest work you can do, leading to quite a lot of subpar installs. I want to work somewhere I can take pride in my craftsmanship as well as learn more as a whole in the HVAC trade.

I worked for my grandfather who owned Budget Air. He has since passed away or I would use him as a reference. My duties were to troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC units in all aspects, I.E
