As a Supervisor Trainee I would do all Supervisory Duties. Deal directly with the companyman, give input and suggestions on job tasks, make all decisions with Supervisor regarding my crew and troubleshoot problems on deck or down hole with toolhand.

I was hired on as a Lead Operator, I proved myself to management that I could be a leader, hard worker, goal oriented and knew my job well. I was promoted to Supervisor trainee and did so until the Manager of Coil tubing in the Southern Region asked me if i would be interested in a promotion to Coil Tubing Trainer over all levels Nationally.
I took this job December 7th, 2013. at the Training center I created and updated all the SOP's and contingencies for Coil Tubing Operations.
I developed contingency classes and testing. In my Pressure Control class I teach employees on a CT Simulator, Bop drills, Operational training in various types of jobs, I teach a basic and advanced calculations class for entry level and sr supervisory level, Team Operations training, ( supervisor, lead operator, pump operator and green hand) I have developed Competency Tests for pump operators, lead operators and supervisors which will be given to all employees nationwide to evaluate competency, pre employment knowledge based placement, consideration for promotion and demotion.
At Warrior Coil Tubing I was tested on my first job as a Lead Operator and did excellent. They immediately started me as a Lead Operator.

Warrior Coil tubing companywide had a very bad TRIR and was on the verge of closing the doors, I stayed with them 4 months without going on a job. At this point I was unable to provide for my family and switched to Cetco Energy services.
I started off my Coil Tubing career as an entry level Coil Tubing operator at Schlumberger.
I learned fast and excelled within the company working very hard, utilizing the teachings of Schlumberger. When I left I had been in training for 2 months to become a Lead operator.
I joined the US ARMY as an Infantryman in the 2-108 infantry division. I qualified expert, I was top of my company on the PT test. I achieved squad leader and I was put in charge of many troubleshooting tasks.
Began working as a helper on a construction site when i was 13 years old. From there I moved up to becoming a Painter at 16yrs old. I was involved with many large projects. From my success, leadership and devotion I was promoted at 17yrs old to crew Supervisor.
