• Oversees the Franciscan EMS academy which trains numerous EMT's and Paramedics, as well as CPR, ACLS, AMLS, NALS and PALS classes

• Reorganized operational flow of ED to cut 35 minutes off length of stay. Changed process flow to reduce door to physician time from 47 minutes to 10 minutes
