• Project: 414 Light Street, Baltimore
• Project was a 44 story concrete high rise in which I have overseen all concrete operations from groundworks to ring beam (45th level). I have made sure all embeds have been installed properly and checked every piece of rebar including all PT cable placements. I have kept all concrete records for breaks and curing flawlessly.
• Every floor was on a 4 day pour schedule and I never along with help from Schuster (subcontractor) never lost a single day, all weather days were made up.
• Oversaw the interior additions in the amenity areas on the 4th and 7th floors.
• Left due to companies division in DC going to be closed after this project.

• The 1st project with BCC was 7 buildings all 5A construction (369 units). At this site we had seven buildings, all stick framed being constructed all at once in different stages. I personally oversaw the MEP rough ins, elevator installs and final inspections for every unit (November 2012 – March 2013)
• 2nd project with BCC was The Rotunda in Baltimore. We had 3 building types on this projects, 5B, 1B and 3A. All have their own challenges, each building was at different elevations and all tie together and different points. 8 elevators, 7 story parking garage and a lot of retail space. I personally oversaw the 5A building and also was in charge of all elevator installations. In addition to assistant superintendent duties I was assisting the project manager with the submittal processes (March 2013 – February 2016)
• The 3rd project with BCC was back to 5A construction with 25 townhomes mixed in with a 116 unit and a 52 unit building sitting on top of parking garages. I turned over the townhomes and started working on the 168 remaining units (February 2016 – January 2017)
• Left due to irreconcilable differences with general super.
