- Responsible for strategic oversite and direction of national organizing campaigns and field service programs budgeted at over 26 million dollars.
- Manage 100 staff assigned throughout United States and at headquarters.
- Manage relationships and support for 52 AFSCME affiliates who represent over 3000 local unions and 1 million members.
- Oversite of Affiliate Organizing Program Grants of nearly 10 million dollars.
- Responsible for bi-annual convention floor design and management which supports 3500 delegates and 1500 guests.
- Responsible for relationship with internal employee organization which included collective bargaining and contract negotiation.
- Represent AFSCME at AFL-CIO and with various outside partners.
- Administrator of AFSCME Pennsylvania Council 13.
