- Repair stair tower 1, building 102: brick restoration of 15 stories stair tower, spandrel/ shelf angle/ lintel/ stabilization steel restoration, new roof, lead abatement, painting.
- Provide toilet facility, Rec. yard C: New foundation, masonry walls, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm, BMS, HVAC system, sanitary drain in secured patient facility.
- Exterior Envelope Improvement, building 106: New roof system of 8 roofs approx.12,000 sq. ft., new canopy, asbestos abatement, windows and louver replacement, construct new therapy garden, and relocating security barb wire, taunt wire, camera wiring and conduits.
- Sub-basement moisture mitigation, building 102 & 106: Installation of 118 new light fixtures, 7 new exhaust fans, intake fans with underground duct work, conduits and wiring, excavation, concrete, mold abatement, and BMS system commissioning.
