Program Management: Owner’s Rep. Managing complex large-scale projects for clients in secured patient facilities. Feasibility planning, design, construction, resource allocation.

• Construction Management: Preconstruction consulting, change order management. Provide review and approval of RFI, Change order, progress payments and technical documents, set timelines for required protocols. Lead and Manage emergency projects, manage budget flow, start-up, and commissioning. Conduct meetings with keyholders, ground-up, additions / alterations, and environmental remediation. Lead and manage the life cycle of a project from contract award to substantial completion / close-out.

Project List:

- Demolish Myer Building, Building 103: Demolition, Asbestos/Lead abatement, structure and interior demolition of 590,000 square feet spaces.

- Repair stair tower 1, building 102: brick restoration of 15 stories stair tower, spandrel/ shelf angle/ lintel/ stabilization steel restoration, new roof, lead abatement, painting.

- Provide toilet facility, Rec. yard C: New foundation, masonry walls, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm, BMS, HVAC system, sanitary drain in secured patient facility.

- Exterior Envelope Improvement, building 106: New roof system of 8 roofs approx.12,000 sq. ft., new canopy, asbestos abatement, windows and louver replacement, construct new therapy garden, and relocating security barb wire, taunt wire, camera wiring and conduits.

- Sub-basement moisture mitigation, building 102 & 106: Installation of 118 new light fixtures, 7 new exhaust fans, intake fans with underground duct work, conduits and wiring, excavation, concrete, mold abatement, and BMS system commissioning.

• Directly manage and supervise prime contractors and subcontractors. Responsible for Mentor Projects in NYC public schools Bronx and Manhattan Borough.
• Pre- construction: Perform review of scope documents. Confirm initial phasing requirements and construction durations. Provide review comments to the Design Manager. Bid package, pre-bid walkthrough, bid list, bid analysis, RTA, NTP, IEH request, Inspection, and permit requirement.
• Construction Phase: Provide review and assist contractor with Baseline schedule, SOV, insurances, submittals, RFI, C.O., NOD. Attend progress meetings, and construction meetings to address concerns and issues.

• Robotic shipping facility, Brooklyn NY-Design-Built.
