As a Contingent Team Leader I am responsible for achieving departmental goals over operators in the Loader Fabrication Departments on 2nd Shift. Other duties include:

• Establishing employee relationships regarding communications, feedback, and overall guidance.
• Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring and enforcing quality standards.
• Working with union operators’ policies and work rules.
• Minimize resource and time losses by addressing employee or production issues directly and implementing timely solutions.
• Manage schedules, accept time off requests and find coverage for short shifts.

• Established and developed strong administrative team by delivering ongoing coaching and motivation and fostering career advancement.
• Communicated corporate objectives across divisions through regular correspondence and scheduled status updates.
• Oversaw office inventory activities by ordering and requisitions and stocking and shipment receiving.
• Maintained databases with customer updates and report generation.
• Established facility maintenance SOP's and policies for our company's leased areas of 45,000 sq ft.

• Performed Minuteman Missile security, Bomber and Fighter aircraft security, special weapons storage locations, secured visiting heads of state and high level US dignitaries, and served two special tours of duty as instructor at USAF Police Academy.
