Responsible for direct supervision and operation of 21 properties in Florida, Alabama, Virginia and Louisiana generating over $24.5 million in revenue. Duties include: supervising, directing, evaluating, developing and motivating a total of 23 direct reports and over 350 hourly employees; recruiting, hiring and schedule training of all new management personnel; and overseeing all financial aspects of the inns annual budgets including budget reviews with ownership, revenue management, pricing decisions and monthly P&L controls. Achieve maximum profitability through revenue management, pricing of the product, cost controls, quality control, assessing/evaluation of each market within the district to maximize results. Manage customer service levels of the inns with the intent to offer a product and service that will exceed guest expectations. Monitor quality & service levels at the inns through quarterly property visit reports. Maintain awareness of the competition through frequent visits to remain competitive in the market and react in a proactive manner.
