- I have very good leadership skills.
- Very good management with a crew and getting them to understand the task at hand.
- Great with maintenance and understanding that without maintenance the equipment will not last.
- Time management is a very important thing to have with any career which with this position getting the repairs done fast will get the facility back and running fast.
Weaknesses
Will need training on HVAC and ammonia as I have no background in those.
