• My job as a lead operator is to function the spotter, both wheel loaders , skid-steer, Harris baler , Bollegraaf, and forklift
• I also lead the team to complete task safety and efficiently, such as getting trailers ready to ship out and make sure the paper work is completed efficiently. I am also trainer for the new operators coming on board to load and unload properly.

* My specific duty was Labor on 3rd shift

*I was to clean screen while actively learning

* how to run the line and learn each belt

• Help with purging the line every night
• cleaning the floor for safe walk areas
• Lock out tag out
• Unload and load trailers safely
• complete the proper paperwork
• While learning how to load and unload I also was to learn how to properly run the Harris baler
• Heavy equipment operator. a. My job as a heavy machine operator was to :
• learn how to operate every baler such as the Harris baler the Bollegraaf baler safely,
• wheel loader , skidsteer spotter, forklift, and the big wheel loader safely,
• Trained to properly use VCR and how to load and unload trailer safely .
