• Specializing in diverse custom-design-build architecture for commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include fabrication and installation of architectural products such as canvas awnings, metal awnings, glass awnings, motorized retractable awnings and drop shades, tension structures, glazed enclosures, business signage, lattice structures and cabanas, pergolas, carports, arbors, ornamental iron, outdoor living, loading docks, ADA lifts and compliance, Storefronts, shopping centers, architectural sheet metal, cladding and metal roofing.

• Composed work plan for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories Canopy B337 Remediation, personally completed the work, received compliments from LLNL project manager on the approved work plan and its systematic and punctilious execution and later preformed work for at his home.
• Completed, from inception to completion, seismic retrofit and remodel of San Ramon Valley United Methodist Church at 902 Danville blvd Alamo, Ca.
• Remodel includes installation of courtyard tension canopy, artistic fabric and steel fame Mt. Diablo mural and Cross. “Surgical” demolition of existing sanctuary CMU walls while preserving existing antique stained glass directly above and Installation of bay windows in sanctuary and associated interior mahogany trim and exterior redwood trim. Construction of new stage, various walls, new doors and mahogany trim, glazed entrance with back lit cross, state of the art A/V system, ADA compliant lift and ramps, crown and baseboard throughout sanctuary, concrete and foundation work, new footing erecting new CMU walls, seismic retrofit / roof reinforcement requiring field welding of critical parts

• Shipping and receiving, waste removal, shop organization, equipment maintenance, various woodwork and milling, edge banding, assembly of premium custom cabinetry and woodworked structures, custom parts design and fabrication, creating and writing of approved production procedures.
• Using Excel software to create and maintain a 5S inventory system.
• Set up and operation of Pratix NST 48 CNC machine to fabricate custom cabinetry and engineered components

• Marketing of products to customer and providing “amazing” customer service. Position also includes general store maintenance and construction of various structures and platforms for store use for the display of products and custom customer projects
• Safe operation and use of various hand and power tools such as, sliding compound miter saw, sliding panel saw, pipe cut and thread machine, key making machine, and programing of car chip keys
• Required to know the basics of the following fields: installation and the function of irrigation systems and drip systems for use in garden and home, fertilizers and pesticides, various species of plants and decorative foliage.
• A general knowledge in tools, electrical, plumbing, household chemicals, construction materials such as the different types of concrete and lumber and their proper application and the related hardware.
• Custom fabrication or repair of broken tools or parts using power and hand tools
• Certified in knowledge of general electrical safety, construction materials, amazing customer service, forklift safety, general plumbing, hazardous chemical safety in the home and garden.

• General garage cleanup, clean up of tools, equipment, hoses and benches. Under supervision preformed oil changes, break changes, tire repair, replace various hoses, and replacement of engine head gasket.
