Accomplishments


    Venture Christian Church

    As part of a cohort of multiple churches in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have come together to introduce a discipleship program geared towards equipping and making disciples based on the principles taught by Jesus. I lead and champion this initiative throughout our church and various other churches in the Bay Area. This ministry, called "Life on Life Mission Discipleship", has quickly started to build and equip disciple-makers and life group leaders.

    Within Venture Christian Church, we have noticed rapid growth, with our groups expanding from eight to fifteen over the course of three years. By teaching the truth, equipping one another, holding each other accountable, being missional, and engaging in supplication, we have fostered a thriving community. I feel blessed to be part of such an initiative, not only at Venture Christian Church but throughout the Bay Area.

Wife: Ericka Tibke, married on the August 21st for almost 25 years.  Ericka served as a leader for Kids clubs a local Christian group that provides after school bible teaching to local public elementary schools; she also serves as a key women's group leader that meets weekly at Venture Christian Church.
