  • Responsible for a 150 million lbs of annual production with 30+ production lines and over 180 production associates across 3 shifts.
  • Scaled staff and operations from 14 to 175 team members within 6 weeks during COVID to scale newly-developed disinfectant wipes program to produce and ship nationwide during pandemic.
  • Selected to open new production facility from scratch located in Kingman, Arizona to handle production and logistics of products for West Coast customers which took place from February 2021 through January 2022 with project taking place concurrently with local operations.
  • Reduced Overtime by $100k average monthly and $1.2m annually while simultaneously increasing production through creative shift modification and strategic planning.
  • Adapted a cross-training program for Line Operators to become proficient on multiple lines, thus increasing individual and plant flexibility and reducing line down time.
