I use challenges to further motivate me, and always strive for excellence in all that I do. I enjoy meeting as well as exceeding standards required of myself as "going above and beyond" is just the kind of person I am. One of my greatest assets is that no matter the situation, I tend to keep a calm, collected, and always positive attitude as I dislike allowing others or my surroundings to determine my overall demeanor.
