Hosting all sorts of bands, I've been running sound and lights for this live music venue as Production Manager/FOH engineer for over 2 years. This includes managing the show schedule, setting up all the microphones for the bands, mixing FOH, mixing stage monitors and providing a fitting light show with each show. I've worked with bands of all genres and different configurations from all over the country.

Community Leader (General Manager)

Maple Street Biscuit Company
05.2015 - 01.2021

I started part time with Maple Street right after I graduated high school in Jacksonville FL. Over the years, I mastered every position and homed in my outstanding customer service. Worked my way from a biscuit maker/dishwasher to a general manager. Doing so took critical thinking, dedication and a willingness to learn. This job has not only taught me how to thrive under pressure, but how to be gracious to guests and co-workers while under that pressure. After taking on the position of Community Leader (General Manager) I've developed my ability to be organized, make connections with guests and leave a positive impression on anyone I meet, whether it's guests, employees or contractors working in the space. I lead the opening their store in Murfreesboro Tennessee where I interviewed & hired a 30-person team

I led the training of this team into one of the most successful openings of a Maple Street store. My responsibilities included making connections with guests, counting inventory, ordering trucks, managing cost of goods, making the schedules, counting the registers, accounting profits, and managing the team for day-to-day tasks in order to maintain a profitable business.
