I have provided critical care in all areas of the hospital, using invasive and non-invasive ventilation support for our patients.

• Airway management - Responsible for initiation, support and continual critical assessment
• Implementation of all Henry Ford protocols for pulmonary care -ICU, floors and Emergency departrment
• Provided timely assistance in close cooperation with the entire patient care team
• Continual growth in knowledge and assisting fellow therapists to hone their skills and become more confident and efficient
• CUSP member and assistant with FCCS critical care education

As a certified Epic Trainer, I worked as a liaison between the designers of our new EMR-EPIC and the teams using this new format throughout our hospital.

• Worked one on one with Physicians, RN's, RT,s and their departments to analyze their needs with using the new system
• Participated in, and chaired Advisory Committees for the purpose of giving continual support to their changing needs.
• Worked closely with Quality, Safety and assisted with Joint Commission investigations
• Clinical staff education and Burke leadership presentations

Designed, managed and supervised courier routes for one of Michigan's largest courier companies.

• Responsible for design, implementation and management of 50+ couriers and their routes - primarily serving the banking industry
• Company employees, Teamster #243 and independent contractors
• Responsible for hiring couriers and assuring scheduling coverage for a dynamic, continually changing industry, which we served.
• Closely involved with union labor disputes, negotiating resolutions and maintaining unification between those couriers and those I hired as independent contractors.
