As owner/operator of Mahalo Enterprises, I managed a sales team of 5 to 10 sales persons. We marketed home improvement needs after weather events and helped restore homes to pre storm condition. I was in charge of assigning territories and obtaining the proper crews to complete the work that was sold. I worked very closely with all insurance companies, including State Farm on damage that was claim worthy. I prepared and implemented estimates on exactimate and prepared many supplements for a change in scope of work. I did payroll and maintained a uplifting work environment for all of my sales staff. Recruited to maintain a full staff.

As store manager, I was responsible to maintain all FDA and Medicare laws and guidelines pertaining to oxygen and durable medical equipment. I had a staff of 5 that would work from prescription to pick up of all items falling under this category. We were regularly audited by our own compliance department, plus surprise inspections from Medicare and the FDA. I was certified in sales attending a 3 week training course in Clearwater Florida and finished first in my class. I had to demonstrate organizational and leadership skill at all times to maintain my staff.
