I have been with Pilgrims since 1/17/2008. I started o the 3rd shift as a Picking room/Offal mechanic. I worked in picking and offal for a little over a year and was moved to Evisceration mechanic. I was the evisceration mechanic for two years and I was moved to dayshift as Evisceration mechanic for two more years then moved to cut up. After 6 months I was moved to supervisor. In March of 2023 I was promoted to Superintended and I am still in the same position. Before 2008 I worked at Shaw as a Mechanic.
