  • Coordinated with multiple external agencies to include the Republic of Korea’s Transportation Command and Army staff, for the successful execution of transportation operations in one of the most heavily congested parts of the world
  • Planned, coordinated, and monitored the execution of multiple Korea Rotational Forces deployments and redeployments, each consisting of over 5,000 personnel plus equipment
  • Developed and implemented command-level policies to define the authorized use of government-owned vehicles to prevent the fraud, waste, and abuse of taxpayer dollars
  • Oversaw the lifecycle management program for government-owned non-tactical vehicles that ensured under-utilized and older vehicles were removed from the fleet to reduce unnecessary maintenance costs
  • Monitored the strategic movement of critical supplies and equipment arriving to or departing from the Korean peninsula by air and sea to provide leadership with a clear picture of available assets
  • Served as an augmenting observer to the United Nations Military Armistice Commission to collect information and observe the destruction of 20 guard posts along both sides of the Korean Demilitarized Zone
  • Served as the lead transportation coordinator for the repatriation of remains from the Korean Conflict, which resulted in the return of 55 sets of remains previously considered missing in action for close to 70 years, and provided closure to next of kin
