Build and dismantle scaffolding and shoring, assemble and diagnose internal trash chutes, operate lifts and lull as needed, load and secure material and equipment on flatbed trucks. watch for safe work practices and any hazards on job site or in immediate area, perform rigging and voice commands or hand signals for crane or lull as needed, stand in foreman,

This was my first job in the union. I did mostly metal framing and doors and punchlist jobs.

I did complete home renovations and rehabs. We would gut to framing and refinish to rent or resell. I did everything from framing to tile and wood siding to metal trim.

Rip and reroof asphalt shingles, rubber and asphalt roll roofing, demo and rebuild chimneys with new lead flashing, remove and reinstall skylight or frame in new skylight, wood shingle siding, windows and door replacement, vinyl siding, metal trim using metal brake, overlook and coordinate crew, train crew members when needed, locate and repair roof/skylight/chimney leaks when needed, plug tires when needed from nails on jobs,
