Electrical and mechanical maintenance at water, wastewater, and reclaim systems. Started the initial preventative maintenance crew. Worked with and rebuilt chemical dosing pumps, centrifugal pumps, gear boxes, vertical turbine pumps, augers, automated valves, and all plant equipment needed for the facility to function efficiently. Kept detailed records of vibration and oil analysis. Worked with operations for safe and efficient downtime of equipment for repairs. Ordered parts for upcoming jobs. Other responsibilities were welding, fabrication, shaft alignment, pipefitting, and electrical work.

Certified x-ray pipe welder. Operated boom trucks, man lifts, backhoe, and small cranes. Millwright responsible of shaft alignment, pump rebuilds, pump and motor base installs electrical and mechanical. Pipefitter of chemical piping systems including welded, fiber wrap, threaded, and tephlon lined chemical piping systems. Detailed record keeping of correct components used in critical equipment for the safety of the environment, personnel, plant, and public.

Built mobile sorting trucks for the polymer chemical industry. Installed optical sorters, air compressors, dryers, and vacuum transfer systems. On call 24/7 for optical sorting trucks breakdowns. Took care of all mechanical and electrical aspects of optic sorting of polymer pellets. Trained employees on how to set-up and operate equipment.
