Responsible for Supervising the Emergency Services Patrol (ESP) team of 21 employees, with 11 direct reports.

Overseeing the daily operation of the ESP.

Scheduling ESP staff and making sure there is adequate staff scheduled to operate 24hrs daily.

Ensure that all ESP staff adhere to the Policies and Procedures.

Mediate staff conflicts.

Responsible for employee development, performance management as well as creating employee engagement activities.

Determine work assignments.

Develop training plans, while monitoring staff compliance with required ESP trainings.

Strategically plan and implement a comprehensive ERSJ plan for the ESP while leading with the King County True North Values.

Evaluate, prepare and present annual performance appraisals for my direct report career service employees.

Prepare and conduct ESP staff meetings.

Develop and implement ESP Policy and Procedures.

Monitor and enforce ESP compliance with WAC 246-341-0750.

Monitor and report monthly status reports, while working closely with contractual partners as well as labor partners.

Conduct and perform the new employee requisition process as a hiring manager.

Maintain, update and administer an onboarding training procedure for all new hires.

Monitor and update the myAvatar electronic data collection system, working closely with the Data Systems Team for updates and data collection query's.

Represent ESP both internally and externally, during meetings and public forums.

Collaborations with community partners; City of Seattle, Shelters, local area ED's, Sobering Center and many others to ensure quality relationships between our teams.

Respond to community questions and concerns.

Resolve issues that arise regarding constituents or system partners.

Monitor and order ESP supplies and equipment as needed. Supporting my team with strong leadership, fair and decisive decisions, while building a foundation of unity.

Emergency Services Patrol Lead Special Duty

Responsible for assisting our Supervisor, in overseeing the daily operation of the Emergency Service Patrol.

Ensure that all ESP staff adhere to the Policies and Procedures of the ESP.

Assist in mediating staff conflicts.

Assist in the scheduling of the ESP staff and making sure that there is adequate staff scheduled to operate 24hrs daily.

Assist in mediating cross agency relationships.

Monitor the accuracy of the MyAvatar computer software used for daily log's by the ESP staff.

Point of contact person for the MyAvatar system report functions and maintenance of the program as well as responsible for the "Report Build" project, where I worked closely with our KC Function Analyst team, to build a functional report program that we are now able to use in our daily operations.

Point of contact person between KC Fleet and ESP.

Point of contact person between KC Radio Shop and ESP.

Point of contact person for the Seattle Police Quarter Masters. Responsible for the monthly status reports required by the City of Seattle and the KCDDC - PCN program.

Responsible for the annual demographic report required by the City of Seattle.
