Experience: Over 20 years of experience as a Captain. Including, but not limited to Oil industry and Fishing and towing vessels. Domestic and interradial voyages and deliveries including the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean and the Atlantic. I perform planning and the Navigation and plotting for voyages including fuel burn port stops and whatever else is needed for a voyages and daily routines. Proficient in Coast guard and ABS readiness. I am proficient in customs clearances domestic and international including logistics, cargo and personnel transports and transfers. Project manager of complete refits and upgrades of older and newer vessels to bring up to ABS dp class specs. This includes structural and engineering. This includes structural fitting and welding inspections and any client specifics. I deal with client specific documents and contractual agreements daily.

I have worked for a few companies as a full time employee and as a consultant for engineering and designing marine structures such as docks, bulkheads, permanent and temporary floating structures of all types of materials including cement, wood, and steel. I have also completed many demolition and removal projects. I have also completed underwater surveys for installation and demo using commercial dive equipment.
